What do you require for on site catering?

The requirements will vary depending on your requested menu and needs. When you place your order we will make a determination of the best menu for your event. The location you have your event should have a private room or area for us to setup and prepare and store the food if you require on site catering. If you require food cooked hot on the spot, the venue must have a kitchen, depending on your menu selection.
